If changes to the product are necessary during the maintenance phase, the established tools from the software development phase are often used. Response times to problems and change requests are thus shortened. We are also able to maintain software systems that we have not developed ourselves, subject to the specific client requirements.
We are available to our clients during the maintenance phase to provide support with incident and problem management. ITIL Good Practices are followed here.
Our customers are generally responsible for the operation of systems. We use our technical expert knowledge to provide support, in particular with the analysis and resolution of problems (problem management).
